The Hourly Package

The hourly package is for couples that require some professional assistance on one or more planning concerns.  Consultation services are on a by appointment only basis.  You are required to bring any and all information to be discussed in our meeting.  

Topics that can be discussed are as follows:

  • Vendor referrals                                               
  • Venue suggestions
  • Style designs
  • Stationary etiquette and design
  • Budget advice 


As well as any other concerns you may have.

The first official meeting/phone call consultation is $100 and $50 for each hour thereafter.

 


The Everything Package

  • All Consultation time necessary to determine venues,  vendors and design components
  • Referral to reputable service providers and advice regarding contracts as required 
  • Written summary of our discussions, recommendations and tip sheets
  • Consultant attendance for contract negotiations as required
  • Preparation of your event itinerary
  • Review of all vendor contracts, and confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your event
  • Services for a maximum of 12 consecutive hours with assistant 
  • Personal Management of your itinerary and vendors 
  • Access to various discounts through preferred suppliers (rental supply, photographers, etc)
